Assembly

The Assembly is the highest body of the Association and consists of all members of the Association. It works in plenary sessions and meets at least once a year. The Assembly adopts the Statute and the Work Program and elects the President, Vice President, Secretary, Supervisory Board and Executive Board. It adopts the annual programs, the budget and the final account and decides on entering into alliances with other associations and cooperation with associations abroad.

Executive Board

The executive board is composed of five members, who are elected by the Assembly. Members of the Executive Board are the president, vice president, secretary and two other members. Decisions are made by a majority of the total number of members. It proposes the Statute, Program, Budget and other acts of the Assembly and implements the attitudes and values of the Association and the Decisions made by the Assembly and is responsible for its work before the Assembly. Members have a mandate of four years with the right to re-election.

President

The President is elected by the Assembly for a term of four years with the right to re-election and manages the Executive Board, signs the acts of the Association, he is an authorized signatory on the account of the Association, represents the Association, coordinates the work and implements the decisions of the Executive board and the Assembly and is responsible for its work before the Assembly.
